You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The statutory cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods; or in the case of partial deliveries, has acquired the last partial shipment or the last item. of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may also use the attached template cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation (e.g. by email) without undue delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your contract cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
We shall bear the costs of returning the goods, unless the goods cannot be sent by post due to their nature. In this case, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

 

You are only liable for any loss of value of the goods resulting from unnecessary handling, i.e. any handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

 

Exclusion of cancellation

 Your right to cancel does not exist:
•    if the goods are bespoke or otherwise manufactured on the basis of an individual selection or customer requirements, or
•    if the product is sold by the metre, or
•    if the goods are, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods, or are not suitable for return due to other reasons, or
•    if the goods are perishable or the expiry date has been exceeded, or
•    in the case of digital goods, 
•    if the goods are sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene and the sealing has been removed after delivery.
