Online video consultation

The following information will help make sure you’re ideally prepared for the online video consultation and can get the most out of your appointment:

 

Checklist: details such as the exact dimensions of your room will help us create a tailored bathroom plan. Download our checklist , complete it online and send it back to us.

 

Current photos: photos of your existing bathroom will give us a precise overview of your current fittings. This will allow us to adapt our suggestions in advance.

 

Inspiration photos: we’re looking forward to seeing your inspiration. Feel free to share any photos or references for styles or designs that appeal to you.

 

Product preferences: if you have any specific products or materials in mind, please let us know. We will incorporate your requests directly in our planning.

 

Simply send us all your information, documents and photos before the appointment by email. This will help us bring your visions to life.

Our online video consultation is very user-friendly. To start the consultation, simply click on the link we send you to dial in and take part in the online consultation in Microsoft Teams. You will need to activate the microphone on your computer or tablet and – if you wish – you can also activate your camera. 

You don’t need to install the Microsoft Teams app to take part in the consultation. If you are participating in the consultation from your browser, both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome will work. A prompt may appear in your browser asking you to allow Microsoft Teams to use your microphone and camera.

No additional software or other tools are required. And, of course, we will treat your data with the utmost confidentiality.

You will receive, free of charge:

• bathroom & design advice
• a sample folder with the selected products
• a layout sketch for initial inspiration of how your new bathroom could look

Costs for photorealistic 3D planning, including all documents such as 3D visualisations, floor plan, sample folder, parts lists and, if required, a tile plan:
