When selecting furniture, pay attention to each item’s practicality, and not just its design. Include plenty of cabinets, storage space and shelves to keep all of your toiletries organised. If you only have limited space for your new dream bathroom, tall cabinets and vanity units are the perfect solution. These practical pieces provide ample storage while occupying minimal space. In addition, large washbasins are extremely convenient for daily use.

A combination of different light sources is ideal for effectively lighting your dream bathroom. For instance, use adjustable recessed spotlights to achieve a basic level of brightness and also to highlight individual objects. For a custom room shape, start by selecting “Start” under “Room Shapes”, and choose “Free Space”. A grid will appear where you can freely draw the room. Click on the starting point and drag the line in the desired direction using drag & drop. As soon as you let go of the line, a wall will be created. Repeat this process until you get back to the starting point.

You can adjust the size of the bathroom at any time in the second step, “Room,” under “Dimensions.” You will see a floor plan of your bathroom here. Click on a wall and use drag & drop to move it. Alternatively, you can enter the exact length of each wall, as well as the wall height and thickness, in the left-hand menu.
You can also adjust the size of your bathroom after you have placed items in the room. They remain saved after the room size has been changed.

You can add room elements to your bathroom in the second step, "Room" under "Fittings". Simply click on a category in the left-hand menu and select a room element: You can then drag & drop it to the desired position. You can also move elements that have already been placed in the same way.

Once you have defined the room shape, you can add various partitions to your bathroom in the second step "Room" under "Fittings". Click on “Walls” in the left menu and select one of the partitions. Use drag-and-drop to place it on an existing wall in your bathroom. You can select and move any placed partition at any time.

You can design the floors, walls and other elements of your bathroom with different colours and tiles. Select the desired room element in the second step "Room" under "Colours" in the left-hand menu. Alternatively, you can simply select the relevant element in the room. You can now choose the colour or Villeroy & Boch tile by clicking on the preset colour.

You can save your bathroom plan at any point and continue it later by clicking on "Finalise your plan" in the fourth step "Finished". After completing the contact form, you will be sent a link to your customised plan and a PDF with the floor plan, 3D view and list of items. At this point, your plan is permanently saved for you to retrieve and edit at any time.
