The ViFresh adapter is very robust. However, in the unlikely event that something is not working correctly, we offer replacement parts. Please contact your plumber or wholesaler for more information.

Rinse the holder thoroughly under running water each time you refill the toilet gel or replace a rim-block to guarantee lasting benefit. Use a mild soap solution to clean the toilet. Do not leave the toilet seat or hinges damp. Dry them with a soft cloth. Contact with toilet cleaners or chlorinated, abrasive or corrosive cleaning products may lead to damage or surface rust on the seat/lid and hinges. You should therefore always keep the toilet seat and lid raised until the cleaning product has been flushed away.

Simply turn the ViFresh lid to the left or right until you hear a soft clicking sound. Lift the lid and remove the holder. Clean it under running water to remove any residue. Refill the holder with a new rim-block/toilet gel. Then return the holder to the flushing pipe and close the lid. Make sure that the seals have been cleaned and dried and are positioned correctly. 

You can find a wide selection of products in supermarkets, chemist shops or online. We recommend using standard rim-blocks that are no larger than the ViFresh holder or standard gel rinses.

The process has been designed to be as intuitive as possible in order to eliminate almost any risk of mistakes.
However, to ensure you can enjoy the benefits of your ViFresh toilet for as long as possible, we recommend that you rinse the holder under running water each time you replace a block or refill the gel. When replacing the holder, make sure that the seals are clean and in the correct position.

ViFresh is currently available for the Subway 2.0 DirectFlush and Vivia DirectFlush wall-mounted toilets with standard projection.

User profiles in the app allow you to conveniently save personal preferences such as water temperature and shower nozzle position.

In a conventional toilet seat, the load is absorbed by the hinges resting on the ceramic. With ViClean, the hinges are located at a higher point inside the plastic housing. If the lid is subjected to frequent loads, this can impair the service life of the hinges.

A shower toilet eliminates the need to use toilet paper for cleaning. Depending on personal preferences, toilet paper can be used for drying. The model with a warm air dryer (ViClean-I 200) also offers a drying function.
